Description

Self Service Senior Developer ToR:
Skills: MS Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform:

o Power Apps: Experience in building both canvas and model-driven apps, as well as familiarity with the Common Data Service (CDS) and custom connectors.
o Power Automate: Expertise in creating and managing flows, integrating with external systems, and working with different connectors.
o Power Virtual Agents: Knowledge of creating and managing chatbots (if required).

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services expertise:

o In-depth understanding of Field Services module, including work orders, scheduling and inspections.
o Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Field Services to meet specific requirements.

• Proficiency with Power Apps Portals:

o Experience in designing, building, and configuring Power Apps Portals to provide a self-service user interface for refugees.
o Familiarity with Liquid templates, custom JavaScript, and CSS to tailor the look and feel of the portal.

• Microsoft Customer Voice expertise:

o Experience in creating and managing surveys using Customer Voice.
o Knowledge of integrating Customer Voice with Power Apps Portals and other components of your application.

• Data integration skills:

o Knowledge of data integration techniques between different Power Platform environments.

• Development skills:

o Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# for custom development or extensions.
o Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

• Good understanding of the security and compliance aspects of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide updates on progress.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile environment.
