Requirements: CurrentNH LNAlicense and currentAmerican Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers certificate is required at the time of hire, high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to frequently lift/or move up to 50 pounds.
Highly Desired: Acute care or skilled care nursing assistant experience.
Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude the following, other duties may be assigned.Performs activities of daily living and personal care needs under the direction and supervision of the RN. Position will include LNA duties caring for antepartum, intrapartum and post partum moms and babies. Position will also include training to the Perinatal Scrub Technician role and scrubbing for cesarean births.
Performs treatments and technical procedures relating to physical, mental health and social n! eeds of patients under thedirection and supervision of the RN.! Ensures a clean, safe, and functional working environment.Demonstrates adherence to Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management Policies.
Schedule: Part time, 12 hours per week. Nights, 7:00pm to 7:30am, Weekend coverage will be required.
