Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director, the manager is responsible for the daily managementof the practice. This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performanceimprovement, program development, and customer relations and patient care outcomes. Themanager is the primary resource person for staff. Responsibilities also include collaboration withother departments of the Hospital to assure development, promotion and maintenance of qualityprograms and services.

Education

Associates degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience or; Bachelors degree andminimum of 3 years of related experience.

Certification, Registration & Licensure

Experience

Refer to Education2 years progressive supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team as wellas be a team member. Must possess knowlege specific for d iverse age and multicultural population.
