Obstetric Data Specialist
Location: Concord New Hampshire
Description: Concord Hospital is hiring Obstetric Data Specialist right now, this job will be placed in New Hampshire. Requirements: NH RN license, Fetal Monitoring Certification, AHA or ARC BLS is required at hire, 5 years of current experience working on a labor and delivery unit, Microsoft, HBI, Star, Access and working knowledge of any other necessary applications is required. Must have the ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities: T he collection and entry of all data related to births that occur on The Family Place at Concord Hospital. Data is collected from various sources including the Birth Log. Fields must be completed with 100% accuracy. The RN performing these functions must have a current working knowledge in the practice of Obstetrics and Neonatal Care. Must also have the ability to analyze and collate the data to provide quality measures for both nursing and medical staff. The ability to identify trends and develop appropriate queries is also essential.
Schedule: 24 hours per week, 3 to 4 days per week in order to complete data collection.
