We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team to help us with the following:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, including People Development, Retention, and Hiring.
- Manage recruitment and selection process.
- Manage People's overall "happiness" and career growth within Amiy.
- Maintain HR database and records.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, right process building, and technology implementation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, of which at least 1 year of international recruting experience, ideally for sales positions.
Strong management skills, including the ability to develop and manage projects.- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively identify and resolve project-related issues.
