Team Lead Service Inside Sales

In Maastricht, over 100 employees are responsible for the sales, distribution and maintenance of radiology equipment. Our business unit Radiology is the worldwide sector leader.
As the Team Lead Service Inside Sales you are fully accountable for managing an E2E sales process for the Service portfolio of Radiology customers remotely.
You implements and drive segment and brand strategies in local and regional markets to optimize sales, margins, market share and penetration, in line with strategic Service business objectives.
You will lead and motivate a team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication and demonstrates flexibility.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews and tracks the achievements of sales targets and other KPIs for the team set by local Radiology sales organizations.
- Leverages own inside sales experience to develop and coach Team members in remote selling techniques.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and learning to understand customer needs.
- Creating and maintaining customer database and developing new leads.
- Supports and/or leads smaller projects.
- Builds up strong relationship with internal and external customers.
- Ensure 1:1’s with the team members to ensure development tracks and development dialogues are being followed.
- Provide leadership and structure to the Service Inside Sales team by leading by example on compliant behavior on overall business practices.
- Managing external and internal performance to ensure meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Coordination of the EMEA EOX cycle in EMEA region and Service pricing, including Ad-hoc pricing request and Annual revision of the full service price list.
- Creation of monthly service reports for Affiliate countries
- Supports business development activities and strategic marketing

You will be joining a dynamic team of 15 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support, Inside Sales and Customer Service. Your team is passionate for performance and delivering state of the art Service to our internal customers all over the globe.

It’s a very diverse team in both age and nationalities and we have an informal culture. You have a lot of contact with your colleagues in different departments, while you are coordinating our efforts to provide great service.
You will love working in our open office space because it makes the collaboration with your colleagues even better. If you feel like having a chat, simply step into one of the coffee corners. If you need to focus, there are one-person offices to do so. In our meeting rooms, you even get to write on the walls.
WHO ARE YOU
- Bachelor Degree with at least 2-3 years of Team leadership experience.
- Experience in Sales, Back Office or Customer Service
- Planning and organizational skills
- Native or business level English (spoken and written), multilingual preferred
- Sound professional experience in the area of Back Office Support, strong negotiation, communication skills and conflict management skills.
- High ability to work in complex environments combined with vast intercultural and interpersonal competency
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with other departments to meet shared objectives
- Experience in project management

WHAT BAYER OFFERS YOU
- A gross monthly salary between €4649,- and € 5812,- based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your education and work experience.
- 8% holiday pay, a 13th month and a yearly bonus
- 34 days of leave, of which 5 are used for days the office is closed
- You have the option to work from home, but we expect you at least 2 days per week at the office.
