Job description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management; Perform data entry and scan documents;
- Maintain electronic and hard copy file system;
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences;
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
- In-charge in monitoring of daily attendance of staff and workers (time keeping); and information dissemination
- Petty cash custodian;
- Assist the Project Manager and other staff as requested
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any related 4-year course
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate
- Resourceful and independent
- Able to multi-task
- Self-directed and highly-motivated.
- Can Start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
