Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist customers with their lighting needs, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations.
- Demonstrate lighting products to customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions and handle payments.
- Ensure that the shop is well-stocked, clean, and well-organized.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest lighting products and industry trends in order to provide the best advice to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
- Attend training sessions and trade shows to learn about new lighting products and technologies.
- Assist with shop displays and promotions as needed.
- Complete administrative tasks such as stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of lighting products and technology is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Working Time is Tuesday - Sunday (11:30am - 7:30pm)
