Location: Dover New Hampshire

Description: Dover Women's Health, P.A. is at present recruited Practice Manager right now, this position will be placed in New Hampshire. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our growing OB/GYN practice is looking for an energetic, experienced Practice Manager.
Our office has 8 providers (4 Physicians- 4 CNM’S) and 20+ support staff

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Daily operation of the business including staff supervision, fiscal administration, building and technology needs.

Oversee medical billing, accounts payable, and payroll

Oversee all information technology including EMR, computer and phone systems.

Administer Human Resources including recruitment, hiring, disciplinary action, employee benefit selection, team-building and performance evaluations.

Implement CMS Meaningful Use requirements and keep apprised of changes in Health Care legislation.

Advertise and promote the practice.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare and Labor laws.

Bachelor’s Degree

Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects s! imultaneously

Needs strong employee relationship skil! ls and the ability to mentor and motivate.
