Summary:
Design, coordinate and deliver care to the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum woman and her family.
Qualifications:
§ Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse
§ Baccalaureate in nursing and/or Board certification strongly preferred
§ Completion of BSN or higher nursing degree by 2020
§ Recent nursing experience preferr! ed
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ Ability to achieve the following competencies:
o Basic Life Support
o Intravenous Therapy
o Central Line Management
o Triage
o Basic Rhythm Interpretation for Obstetrics
o Maternal Resuscitation
o Shoulder Dystocia Management
o Post-Anesthesia Care (Post-Cesarean)
o Electronic Fetal Monitoring
o Circulating/Scrubbing Cesarean Sections
o Care of the Ante-Partum/Intra-Partum/Post-Partum Patient
o Newborn Assessment and Care
